A little bit more about me
I’m a foodie, tea connoisseur, and photographer. I grew up in Southern California where I started my own Tea Room, where the Red Hatters were frequent visitors.
In 2008, I went to Culinary School after I sold my Tearoom. I started learning more and more about tea, and eventually started this Tea Education Site.
Some of my favorite things are a constant desire to educate myself in photography📷 , baking science 🧁, and all things Afternoon Tea 🫖. I also have an obsession with Starbucks Black Iced Tea. I know DON’T JUDGE.
